So today I was reading something really profound -- and I was reading responses to it. One of them went along the lines of "That's great -- but this is the kind of world we live in now. A world where.. blah blah blah.."
I sat back and laughed at the response -- because I could only say to myself [in reference to the youngster that said it] "you're living in that kind of world."
A lot of people dismiss the issues we have in the world because "that's the way it is" .. but it's not the way it is.
Take yourself out and above the world. Realize that you're a Christian, act upon it, and appreciate it.
Watch how easy it is to stumble when you don't.
"We have not received the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we may understand what God has freely given us."
